If it’s anything like football, then all media covering events must use the official name. So, any article about fixtures or results would have the sponsor’s name printed in any write up. Any event marketing will use the name, and any concert at the venue will have the sponsor’s name. The exposure of naming a stadium, especially if it is multi use, is staggering.
They also found the best spots on the F1 track to advertise

Also any movies/tv shows that feature that arena will have it in there forever.
Was rewatching Curb Your Enthusiasm and there’s a scene in front of the arena with STAPLES taking up half the fucking screen throughout the dialogue.
Insane marketing effort. Getting the world to adopt crypto would be great

CDC is a solid business. Don’t mistake them for anything decentralised (even though their blockchain is,) but don’t discredit them on those grounds alone.
